Variable spring like conditions. Melt freeze cycle on solar aspects, shallow dry pow in select sheltered terrain, and crust is easily found. 45 - 50 cm recent storm slab over the January 28 layer of surface hoar over various hardpack crusts. Otherwise a strong supportive snowpack.
Groups out in Caribou Pass and finding the dry pow in Bermuda Triangle, and the sun softened snow on the south, and a group in the Repeater area.
No new avalanches yesterday.
