Wiidespread surface hoar treeline and below, over sun crust on solar aspects. 10 cm overlies recent surface hoar and sun crust. 30-40 cm recent storm snow overlies crust on south asp and previous treeline melt freeze, shallow dry pow in select sheltered terrain. Total 70 - 100 cm settled storm slab over the January 28 layer of surface hoar over various hardpack crusts.
