Getting Here

Sol Mountain's backcountry lodge is located in the southern Monashee range east of Monashee Provincial Park, 60 km south of Revelstoke and 60 km East of Vernon.

Summer guests access the lodge by 4WD vehicle on maintained forestry roads or by helicopter from Revelstoke or Sugar Lake – enquire for rates.

 

From Revelstoke it is a 3 hour drive.  Travel south to Shelter Bay Ferry and follow our signs and detailed  directions for the 60 km of forestry road to our lodge access road from North Fosthall drainage.  From here guests hike into the lodge and all gear and food is brought in by Sol staff or one guest vehicle.  Enjoy the scenic stops at waterfalls and rec sites along Arrow Lake.  

 

From Nakusp it is a 2.5 hour drive.   Travel south to Arrow Park Ferry and follow our signs and detailed directions for the 60 km of forestry road to our lodge access road from North Fosthall drainage.  From here guests hike into the lodge and all gear and food is brought in by Sol staff or one guest vehicle
