Sol is a helicopter-accessed lodge so all food and supplies must be flown in and out. Please pack light. Guided and catered groups may pack up to 50 pounds per person, and self-guided trips up to 100 pounds per person.

Ski Touring Equipment. Skis with touring bindings or split board, poles, boots, skins, ski clothing. Be sure to give new equipment a test run prior to your trip. Rentals are available at your local Mountain Equipment Co-op.

Backcountry Safety Equipment. Avalanche transceiver, avalanche probe, shovel, and pack. Rentals are available at your local Mountain Equipment Co-op or Venture Gear in Kelowna or Valhalla Pure Outfitters in Kamloops and Vernon.

Other. Sleeping bag, pillow case, bedsheet, towel, headlamp, lodge clothes, and slippers or hut shoes.
